Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to complete any return request.

This policy applies to all products across our store, including Home, Kitchen and Pet supplies.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats or consumables)
  • Opened pet products (food, grooming items, supplements)
  • Kitchen consumables or food-related items
  • Personal hygiene or intimate products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health and personal care items

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider, as processing may take time
  3. Contact your bank for further updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher value items, such as kitchen appliances or pet products.
